Spiritual Guidance & Development Refund and Returns Policy

At Spiritual Guidance & Development, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
In the original packaging, including all tags and labels intact
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Intimate or sanitary products
Hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Certain health and personal care items
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company as it may take time to post.
Contact your bank for potential delays.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at Info@spiritualguidance.com with a picture clearly showing the damage to the product. Once approved, send your item to:

Gifts
If you received a gift purchased from Spiritual Guidance & Development and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for your return. The gift certificate will be mailed to you after we receive the returned item.

If the gift was not marked as such when purchased, or the gift giver ordered it to themselves, refunds will be sent to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
